Welcome Party - Friday, October 5th 8-10:00 PM, bus leaves 7:45 from Hilton Orrington

Shuttle service will be available from the Hilton Orrington departing at 7:45 pm sharp. A second run, if needed, will depart about 8:20pm. Shuttles back to the hotel will be available beginning at 9:30pm. If you’re driving, street parking is available along Trumbull and the surrounding streets.

Alice Millar is about a 5-7 minute walk from the Hilton Orrington. Metered street parking is available along Chicago Avenue, Hinman Avenue and Clark Street. Hourly parking is also available at Church Street Self-Park, a public garage about one and a half blocks from the Chapel (at the corner of Church St. and Chicago Ave.).

Cocktails and Wedding Reception - Saturday, October 6th 5:00 PM The Barn Restaurant

The Barn is also about a 5-7 minute walk from the Hilton Orrington. We strongly recommend the valet option ($12 per car) if you plan to drive. There is also a public garage at 1800 Maple Self Park (adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn and across from the Century 12 theater), which is about a 3-5 minute walk from the Barn. Though available, please note that street and pay lot parking near the Barn is restricted to 2 hour maximums until 10pm on Saturdays. Remember to enter via the alley between Oak and Maple Streets -- look for the brick structure with an old blue-green barn door in front.

The newlyweds have to duck out for a VERY early morning flight, but please join Chris’s parents, Jim and Bonnie, for coffee, bagels and other breakfast bites in the Presidential Suite before traveling back home. We’re sorry to miss you Sunday morning but are so thankful to have celebrated with you throughout the weekend!
